General order processing and delivery arrangements:
- Except for special events or circumstances specifically noted on the official online store, general shipping costs are as follows:
- Free general delivery for purchases over HK$500
- For purchases less than HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged
- Delivery range
- Standard delivery service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, outlying islands and Macau Special Administrative Region. Delivery service is not available to designated areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, Po Toi Island
- Please do not use a PO Box as your delivery address
- Both the delivery address and billing address must be valid addresses in Hong Kong and Macau
- Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders for different addresses.
- Orders placed on the Derm-Mart official online store will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
- All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day
- Dermatriz Limited reserves all rights to cancel orders
General delivery time and arrangement:
- Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 3 to 5 working days. Orders to remote areas of Hong Kong may take an additional 1 to 2 working days to arrive.
- Delivery time from Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Sundays and public holidays: No delivery service
- Order processing and delivery are only done on weekdays (excluding public holidays)
- In case of holidays or extreme weather conditions, delivery time may be extended
- Delivery to outlying islands may take an additional two days
- All orders must be signed upon receipt
International Orders:
- Different areas have different shipping charges, the general charge is HK$390
- Free delivery service for purchases over HK$2,900
- Dermatriz Limited is not responsible for any customs duties and VAT charges. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT and other charges incurred during and after delivery upon receipt of the goods.
Failed delivery/lost delivery/change of address
- Lost Delivery: If you have not received your item after the expected delivery date, please contact us. We can assist in investigating the cause. We shall not be responsible for any lost delivery once the delivery status is completed and confirmed by the delivery parties.
- If delivery fails or the customer is unable to receive the package due to personal reasons, we will need to arrange for re-delivery and a respective delivery fee will be charged. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address.
- The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed and Dermatriz Limited will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses on orders.
