Exchange Terms

Derm-Mart is committed to providing customers with the best probiotic skincare products, from the shopping experience to after-sales service. If you have any questions about any product purchased in our showroom or on our website, including usage instructions or skincare routines, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to answer and resolve any issues you may have.

We value the quality of our products and services, and we strive to ensure that all products are intact and of the highest quality before they leave our office. However, damage during delivery or other accidents may occur. To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we offer a 7-day exchange service. Within seven days of purchase or receipt, if a product is found to have a problem or damage caused by our staff or during delivery, we will exchange it. Please note that the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The packaging of the goods must be kept intact
  • Original receipt is required
  • This Derm-Mart product must be purchased from www.derm-mart.com.hk or our showroom

Please provide your name, contact number, order number and a photo of the damaged item and email us at info@dermatriz.com or visit our showroom. We will be happy to assist customers with the exchange process.

We will not accept exchange requests in the following circumstances:

  • The product has been delivered and sold for more than seven days;
  • The product has been opened (except for product deterioration);
  • The product has been opened and 30% or more of its net capacity or weight (whichever is less) has been used;
  • Failure to produce the original receipt;
  • Any claim that the use of Derm-Mart products causes allergies or adverse reactions or that the products are not suitable for use

*Dermatriz Limited will not assume any responsibility or related expenses arising from the use of Dert-Mart products. If any adverse reactions occur, we recommend that you seek medical advice immediately; spoiled products, but the use exceeds the original net capacity or weight of 30% or more (whichever is less);

  • The product is not in its original packaging, is tampered with, damaged, or incomplete.
  • Any free gifts, accessories, sample gifts, or products that indicate non-returnable items.

We do not accept refunds under any circumstances. Customers can only return or exchange the same product once within the specified date under the same receipt. Products that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged.

Dermatriz Limited reserves the right of final decision.
